1. Return Eligibility
We strive to provide high-quality Adivasi Devdhari Herbal Hair Oil. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may request a return under the following conditions:

✅ The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✅ Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
✅ Items damaged during transit or defective upon arrival are eligible for return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

Used or opened products.

Products without original packaging.

Orders placed during special sales or promotional offers.

2. Return Process

Provide clear images of the product and packaging.

Once approved, we will share the return shipping details.

The item must be shipped within 3 days of approval.

3. Refund Policy
🔹 Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

Wrong product received.

Damaged product received.

Order not delivered within 15 business days due to our fault.

🔹 Refund Process:

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Wallet, etc.).

If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), a refund will be issued as a store credit or bank transfer (after confirmation).

4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different product, kindly place a new order after returning the original item.

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
